Carol Mushota

Carol Mushota is an International Transformational Holistic certified NLP coach and a serial entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in personal, business, and corporate fields. She is the Head of Zambia and Africa for the YOUVISION platform and a pioneer of online coaching and digital services in her country.

A 2024 UN Global Woman of Distinction Award recipient, Carol is focused on implementing SMART VISIONARY goals. She is also the producer and host of three TV shows across four seasons and a mindset change & wellness advocate. Carol is an International Transformational Orator, a recipient of Distinction awards, a philanthropist, and an award-winning author for her best-selling books.

Carol travels the world implementing her current self-accolades, training on personal development, hosting live events, and reigniting purpose while building resilience in individuals, women, and organizations. She is known for her excellence in branding and visibility, digital and traditional sales and marketing, and resilience to keep going no matter what.
